At Crazy Creations, every product is specially customised according to customer requirements. Because of the personalised nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return on Customised Products
All products sold by Crazy Creations are personalised or customised based on customer specifications. Therefore, returns are not accepted once the product has been processed or delivered, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.
After verification, we will arrange one of the following:
Replacement of the product, or
Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before the customisation or printing process has started. Once the order has entered production, cancellation may not be possible.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
Crazy Creations is not responsible for errors in the design, text, images, or delivery address provided by the customer. Please carefully review your details before confirming the order.
6. Color & Print Variations
Due to differences in screen settings, printing processes, and materials, slight variations in color or design placement may occur. These minor differences are not considered defects.
